Fuel Policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank. Please return it refuelled to avoid charges. Fuel shortfall is charged at $3/L.

Distance Allowance
Your hire includes a kilometre allowance based on booking length. Kilometres are averaged over the entire hire (not per calendar day). Excess kilometres are calculated at the end of the hire and added to your final invoice.
1–14 days250 km/day averaged • $0.30/km excess
15–20 days5,000 km pool • $0.25/km excess
21+ days250 km/day averaged • $0.25/km excess
Unlimited Touring Pack (optional): Not available for 1–7 day hires. 8–14 days $35/day • 15–20 days $30/day • 21+ days $25/day.

Cleanliness & Care
Return the vehicle and gear in the condition received. Excessive dirt, stains, or damage may incur cleaning/repair fees — including inside the canopy, rooftop tent, and fridge. Please review the Cleaning Standards guide below.

Damage or Issues During Hire
If anything goes wrong or damage occurs, notify us immediately via Camplify messaging or WhatsApp (+61 418 904 364) so we can assist promptly.
